"Let's see if anybody really reads this. The seats should not have been there at all. We were on the floor section T Row 25 seat 23 and 24. The rows should have been at an angle. The concert was good. The handicapped area (which was a raised stage) blocked over half the stage for half of our row and the rows behind. We did not go to watch on the big screens, can do that at home. There was NO indication of the handicapped stage being raised on the seating chart when picking seats. The problem was the seats. Next, the physical seat themselves are made for children!! Final thought, would have been nice if the scoreboards were tied to big screens. Final thing, the floor wristband thing. Great idea, poor execution. I mean REALLY? Go sit in one. No really, go sit in one and tell me I am wrong. We were lucky nobody beside us. I understand trying to maximize profits and most people would probably stand, but that is ridiculous! 2 people trying their best and hundreds trying to get a wristband."
